    Volta Belting USA is looking for Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for our Pine Brook, NJ facility. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.


    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Entering quotes, sales order and Claims into the ERP system
    • Provide basic information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer orders based on interactions through email and phone.
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services


    • Must be bilingual - English / Spanish

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

    Volta Belting USA is looking for Production line operators/setup personal in an multi shift job shop. Individual will be fabricating industrial conveyor belts in our Pine Brook, NJ facility.

    We are fabricating customized conveyor  belts based on customer order, which requires candidates with good attention to details, an eye for quality and capable of working in fast paced production environment.


    • Setup and operate the machinery (cutting, welding).
    • Hand welding of plastic material using heat guns.
    • Read and understand the sales order and do the necessary processes to finish the product.
    • Record manufacturing and quality data.
    • Communicate with leads and supervisor
    • Accountable for the day’s workload with excellent quality.


    • Previous manufacturing experience Similar industries include , glass , sheet metal cutting.
    • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
    • Good measurement skills (e.g., tape measure, rulers, calipers).
    • Experience with deep-reach and standard forklifts.
    • Ability to handle physical workload to a maximum of 50 lbs.
    • Knowledge and comfortable in using basic production line tools (e.g., utility knives, heat guns).

    Volta Belting USA is looking for a highly motivated recent Engineering or Engineering Technology graduate,for our Pine Brook, NJ facility who wants to gain practical experience in a custom manufacturing environment.   You will apply your engineering education toward process optimization, documentation, and in the development and implementation of the quality system.   The goal of the Process Improvement Engineer is to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and minimize waste.


    • The Process Improvement Engineer (PIE) is responsible for continual improvement of the manufacturing operation . The PIE is responsible for, or may be required to do many or all of the following:
    • Continual improvement of manufacturing processes and systems to increase efficiency, and reduce cost and lead times.
    • Design and implementation of experiments to understand the impact of process changes and to be able to make fact based decision
    • Development and charting of KPI’s,
    • Learn all aspects of TPE conveyer fabrication
    • Documentation of manufacturing and quality assurance procedures
    • Integrate equipment maintenance and improvements in manufacturing
    • Design processes to encourage and ensure worker safety


    • BS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
    • Strong understanding of engineering technology principles with a focus on and manufacturing systems

    Supervisor Roles, Responsibilities and Task

    • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities based on customer demand; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the process flow on shift production summaries.
    • Accomplish fabrication staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
    • Assist in hiring of fabrication employees; integrates new hires; coordinates production staff, employee rotation, and employee movement; evaluates employee performance.

    • Cross train new people in various skilled task to reduce bottle neck with respect to skill set.
    • Adhere, implement and follow all safety policies and procedures.
    • Record, analyze and reduce in-process material scrap.


    • High School Diploma/associate degree.
    • 3-5 years experience in a Fabrication line as a supervisor.
    • Strong leadership skill.

    • Line scheduling and balancing.
    • Proficient computer skill in Excel, word and Outlook.
    • Strong measurement skill with ruler,measuring tape and calipers.
    • Should be comfortable in handling any hand tools, untility knife, heat elements for welding etc.,
    • Knowledge of Lean process, 5S, OSHA and other industry standard manufacturing requirements.
    • CNC Programming exposure/knowledge will be a plus.

    Regional Account Manager (Various, USA)

    Volta Belting USA is looking for experienced and highly motivated Regional Account Managers responsible for developing our business and supporting our customers. Several territories are available including, but not limited to, the US Southeast and US Southwest. These are home office based positions selling to and through distributors and OEM’s to their end users. Volta Belting supplies belting materials and custom conveyor belts across a wide range of markets with a concentration in the food industry (e.g., meat, poultry, fish, and bakery).


    • Building relationships with our distribution partners by providing product and application expertise
    • Providing technical support to OEM’s and end users
    • Planning and developing product strategies
    • Performing market research and analysis
    • Mining for new customers
    • Providing timely pricing and delivery information
    • Regularly submitting management reports of sales activity and customer contact


    • 7-10 years of successful industrial sales experience servicing distributors, OEM’s, and end users
    • Must have experience in the conveyor belt industry or with similar industrial equipment servicing the same markets
    • Well versed in conveyor belting technology and the belting industry
    • Contacts within the food processing industry would be especially helpful
    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems
