Volta High Frequency welded flights give you an even tougher belt.

Fabricated belts can be created using our new high frequency flight welding machine. This quick fusing of two pieces of material will give you the strongest flights joined to the base belt so smoothly you could think the flights were extruded in one with the belt. Separating layers of the base belt are a thing of the past and this advanced technology will give you long term strength and supreme quality.

The join is completely seamless increasing the hygiene safety levels in your production. There are no weak spots for bacteria to harbor in. Now you can be rest assured that your cleats are held tight and you are doing your absolute best to keep hygiene standards high.

Capabilities:  HF joined flights are produced from 3-8mm thickness material with maximum flight width being 1200mm and maximum height being 120mm for regular flat belts. Scoop cleats with maximum width of 600mm and height of 100mm can also be welded with HF system. Most suitable base belt for HF flights would be between 3-5mm thick.
