Volta Spikes are especially designed for applications that need extraordinary grip of unstructured materials such as fresh fish, meat, poultry, bakery and they have also seen success in non-food applications such as carpeting, fur and skinning production.

The spike material is fully extruded in one piece as a part of the flat homogenous belt, making sure that there are no weak points at the spike base or crevices to trap bacteria or germs.  It must also be noted that all Volta Spike belts are FDA approved.

The great news is that Volta Spike belts are now produced in full flat belt production size W=1500mm, L=30m and can be supplied in different colors and shore hardnesses. Spikes can also be applied as a special coating to V profiles where necessary.
