Volta Tools
Volta offers you a full range of versatile tools and tool kits especially designed and crafted to ensure high quality welds and fabrications for all our homogeneous, reinforced and profile belt lines.
Volta Tools has a lightweight design so that each tool is compact, rugged and easy to use in the field and workshop. Our tools do not require cooling water or air pressure.
V and Round (VaR) Welding Tools & Kits:
Mini Pliers R-8 - Pliers for round belts up to 8mm
Pliers F-51 - Pliers for V and Round or flat belts (> 2" wide/90 degree) splice
Universal Welder WU-1 / WU-2 - weld all VaR profiles and flat belts up to 50 mm
Mini VaR Tool Kit - to butt weld small belt sections. Round > 8 mm (5/16”) and V > section “A”.
VaR Tool Kit - to butt weld V and Round reinforced and non-reinforced profiles
VaR Easy Overlap Welding Kit - to overlap weld V and Round reinforced profiles
Flat Welding Belts and Fabrication Tools:
Pliers P-100 - Flat Belts to 120mm Wide
Pliers P-200 - Flat Belts to 220mm Wide
Welder W-141/ W-142 - for welding narrow flat belts up to 100mm
Welder W-241/ 242 - for welding narrow flat belts up to 200mm
FBW Welding Kits - to butt weld Volta flat belts. Standard sizes available include FBW 301, FBW 721, FBW 1061, FBW 1301, FBW 1701, FBW 2100
FT 1000 Electrode Welding System - to weld Volta flat belts up to 1Mt with electrode
FT 1500 Electrode Welding System - to weld Volta flat belts up to 1.5Mt with electrode
