VOLTA Belting Technology Ltd has designed a full range of tools and tool kits. These tools are designed for ease of use both in the shop and in the field. VOLTA provides instruction in the use of all of its tools both from our factory and through our regional sales and service centers.

EZ Overlap Tool Kit

The EZ Overlap Tool Kit is designed for use with reinforced VaR belting. The tool provides a simple convenient method of welding the ends of a belt with reinforcing cord overlapped. This eliminates the weak point inherent in butt welding reinforced VaR belting. The tool kit contains:

  • welder

  • jig

  • forms

  • driller

  • knife

  • two-sided tape

  • carrying case 

 

Mini VaR Tool Kit

The Mini VaR Tool Kit is designed for use with Round belts up to 12 mm (15/32") and V belts up to section A. Optional handles are available for use with the pliers. The tool kit contains:

  • welder

  • VaR belt cutter

  • mini-pliers

  • snippers

 

FBW Welding System

VOLTA's specially designed FBW Tool Kit is designed for butt welding homogeneous and reinforced VOLTA Belts up to 2100 mm (82") wide. The tool kit is light weight and easily used by one person. The kit requires only electrical power. The FBW is available in either 110 or 220 VAC.
