Construction
Belt Components
The VoltaPower® Belt are produced from BASES and TOPS extruded from
TP-Rubber, and specially processed high quality polyester CORDS coated with bonding material and
TP-Rubber.
Belt Characteristics
VoltaPower® Belts are used in Industrial, Conveyor and automotive applications wherever traditional rubber belts are used. The belt construction, the patented assembly process and the special materials provide the following unique belt characteristics:
- High power transfer capabilities
- Low length tolerances that allow the replacement of
conventional rubber tie band V-belts with single pieces
of VoltaPower® Belts.
- Excellent resistance to industrial fluids such as: oils,
hydraulic fluids and lubricants.
- Resistance to the effects of ultra-violet radiation.

General to all VoltaPower® Belts
Because of our computerized assembling process belts are available at any measuring lengths: millimeter or inches, and at Li, La and Lp measuring methods, without minimum quantity requirements.
Industrial Belts
VoltaPower® Belts for industrial are available today in all classical and narrow V-shaped sections,
including both European and American designations. All sections are in molded raw edge cogged
construction and are anti-static.
Sections available:Z, A, B, C, D, ZX, AX, BX, CX, DX,
SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, XPZ, XPA, XPB, XPC, 3V, 5V, 8V, 3VX, 5VX and 8VX.
Automotive Belts
VoltaPower® Belts for automotive are available today are V-shaped sections. All sections are in
molded raw edge cogged construction. These belts have been tested and certified by the Standards
Institute of Israel, and authorized for sale in Israel by the Israeli Ministry of Transportation.
Sections available:AV-10, AVX-10, AV-13, AVX-13, 15A and BX-RECMF.

Conveyor Belts
VoltaPower® Belts for conveyors are available in B, C and D sections. The conveyor V-belt top is manufactured from a special abrasion resistant material. This provides excellent response and belt life in harsh environments such as ceramic and brick factories. In addition, VoltaPower® Belts for conveyors offers two specialty tops:

The "Super-grip Top", designed for applications requiring movement of materials up an incline, and

The "Ridge-Top", designed for applications requiring that the material being carried be in minimal contact with the belt.
Sections available: B-CON, B-CON RF, B-CON SG, B-CON RT, C-CON, C-CON RF, C-CON SG, C-CON RT, D-CON, and D-CON
RF.

Computerized Belt Selection (CBS)
VoltaPower® Belt (CBS) assists you to find the right belt for your drive.
OEM's, maintenance engineers or field technicians can use VoltaPower® CBS to select the right belt that meets new drives designs or to reconfirm belt section for drives that are already in operation.
