Meeresfr\u00fcchte sind bei der Handhabung sehr anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr Verderb, sie m\u00fcssen schnell verarbeitet und bei niedrigen Temperaturen aufbewahrt werden. Volta hat Bandmaterialien mit verbesserter Best\u00e4ndigkeit gegen eine Vielzahl von Umgebungsbedingungen wie z. B. CO2-Nebel und Wasser oder hei\u00dfe oder gefrorene Produkte entwickelt. Unsere Mischung sind von Natur aus resistent gegen die extrem abrasive Natur von gefrorenen paniertem Filets bis hin zu Schalentieren. Mit Meeresgrie\u00df eingebettete Austern stellen ihre ganz eigene Herausforderung dar.
