Exposure to moisture, sanitizers, acidic ingredients, oils, PAA, and Javel water can shorten belt life and increase maintenance demands.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Volta&rsquo;s DR Material Belts are developed to meet these challenges with advanced hydrolysis resistance and proven strength. In accelerated lab testing against five leading competing materials, DR material delivered leading results across key performance categories, including hydrolytic stability, material strength, creep resistance, abrasion resistance, and fatigue testing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The results highlight DR material&rsquo;s ability to withstand difficult production conditions while maintaining belt integrity. DR material demonstrated up to 44% greater material strength, up to 83% stronger creep resistance, and 35% less particle loss from abrasion compared with the tested competition range.
