Volta Belting is proud to introduce a new manufacturing capability that expands the boundaries of hygienic conveying solutions — SuperDrive™ belts in extra-wide configurations with 3 rows of integral drive teeth.

Designed to meet the demands of high-throughput applications and large product transport, these wide belts maintain Volta’s signature strength, hygiene, and reliability—without compromising belt tracking or sanitation standards.

Key Benefits:

✔ Maximum Extruded Width:
Single-piece extruded belts available up to 80” / 2.032 mm wide.

✔Extended Width Options:
Using longitudinal splicing technology, widths of up to 4 meters (157”) are possible.

✔ Increased Drive Control:
3 rows of SuperDrive™ teeth distribute power more effectively across wider surfaces, reducing slippage and ensuring stable belt tracking.

✔ Tailored for New Conveyors:
Volta engineers can support design and customization of shafts and pulleys to fully integrate multiple drive rows.

In addition to these design advantages, SuperDrive™ wide belts offer an effective replacement for wide modular belts that often suffer from breakages due to impact. Certain products and production environments are especially prone to such damage, making downtime and maintenance more time-consuming. Volta’s solid thermoplastic construction offers a more robust, low-maintenance alternative — even in heavy-duty conditions.

We also offer unique 4 mm and 6 mm thickness options, which are unparalleled in the thermoplastic belting industry, providing extra durability and dimensional stability where it’s needed most.

Dough Pump Conveyors

Dough pump conveyors are used to process raw dough in large-scale production bakeries.
