- Key Responsibilities: Leading global sales/GTM strategy, expanding the global distributor network, overseeing Product Life Cycle (PLC) in synergy with R&D, and utilizing Data-driven decision-making (CRM, Power BI).
- Requirements: Engineering degree + MBA (Technology/Business).
- Experience: 15+ years of commercial leadership in global industrial companies (Food industry experience is a major plus).
- Skills: Proven scaling track record, strategic vision with a « Hands-on/Can-do » approach, and high-level English.
