Role Summary:
Lead the planning, coordination, and control of new product development (NPD) and existing product upgrades. Focuses on timeline, budget, and quality management without direct engineering design responsibility.

  • Key Responsibilities: Formulating project plans based on Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD), leading cross-functional status meetings, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management.
  • Experience: Up to 5 years in engineering project management (R&D or Production environment).
  • Skills:  MS Project, Monday.com- advantage , Excel. Excellent matrix management and interpersonal communication.
