Key Responsibilities:
- Lead segment strategy (Food Industry focus)
- Identify market gaps, trends, and growth opportunities
- Translate customer needs into product requirements
- Analyze competitors and data to drive decisions
- Lead knowledge sharing across global teams
Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering (MBA – advantage)
- 4+ years in Product/Industry Management, (global B2B)
- Strong Food Industry experience – חובה
- Fluent English
- Strategic mindset with strong collaboration skills
🌍 40%-50% international travel
The candidate must reside in the Netherlands or Germany.
